I’m forever grateful for this program and Wendy. She truly helped me move from pain to peace. I plan on using her in the future to work through a few other losses. Wendy was always available and had a level of compassion and genuine concern that’s hard to come by. It’s very difficult for me to open up to people and Wendy was extremely easy to talk to. I’m a slow learner lol. Wendy did a fantastic job explaining parts of the assignment and the read that I didn’t understand. Rex is a great person who helped me get through my difficulties in life. I am better able to express my emotions and identify losses and grief based on the relationships I form. Rex is a person who listens and helps me understand things from a different perspective. Rex has been with me in every session and has seen me in my worst moments. He is someone that I will always remember, someone who has supported me through my difficulties. Rex is someone who has created a positive change in my life.

She is a wonderful person. I recommend her to do many friends of mine. I knew her before the class and she told me what class helps with because she knows a lot about my life. She would help me with this when my dog past away so I could get out of a deep depression then just under 2 years later I took the class and my past from childhood to came out. She would just let me cry it out. That felt amazing. I was abused even more if I cried when I was a kid and now I can cry it all out when I need to. She empowered me to do so she helped me find a voice to the abuse I had gone through. She is the perfect person to teach this kind of thing.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Candace and Mandy for the love and support they showed us during the program. I absolutely felt cared for, heard and understood by both of them throughout the whole program. They brought vitally important humour to such a difficult subject/area and I really felt like that humour was in itself a healing process. I can’t recommend them both highly enough!
