I am a psychotherapist who has been in private practice for the past 37 years. I have specialized in providing my clients with more rapid healing through alternative healing approaches. A large area of my practice has been focused on addressing trauma. While I have been very successful in helping my clients resolve their upset in as few as three sessions, I came to learn that there was another piece that was missing. That pertained to their ability to better resolve some of the emotional components of their loss. That is what has led me to become trained in the Grief Recovery Method. I found the training to be very helpful in my ability to effectively move on from the loss of my divorce. I have now been successfully using this method with many of my clients on an individual basis and will begin using it with groups as well.
