My name is Jessica Frasier. I have been a counselor since 2015 and have been serving children and adults ever since then. My journey to become a Grief Recovery Method Specialist began long before obtaining my degree in counseling. My personal loss history begins at a very young age and after some significant deaths to suicide and car accidents I knew my journey was leading me to helping others who have experienced painful losses and need a little help to find emotional completeness.
During the process of becoming a specialst I learned about more losses that I intelectually believed I had dealt with but found I still had some emotional work to do which encouraged me even more with this program and using it to help others.
My service area includes Friendswood, TX and surrounding towns. I offer grief groups, helping children with loss, pet loss specific groups, and one on one's.
Along with GRM I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified Integrative Mental Health Medicine Provider, a Certified Trauma Practitioner, and a Professional School Counselor.

This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person or online with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
