I was 38 when my husband died suddenly and unexpectedly.
I was left on an uncertain path and in excruciating despair with two school-aged daughters. And I sat in that grief, trying to work out my intense and conflicting emotions on my own. As a strong, independent, and driven woman, I was convinced I could.
I tried my damnedest.
And I thought I was good, and I was... for a while.
I actually found the Grief Recovery Method™ by accident while I was searching how to become a Grief Counselor. I stumbled upon it, really. But being a previous teacher and a lifelong student, I scoured through all the information I could find.
This is what I had been looking for... an evidence-based, proven method.
I. am. proof. this. works.
I am VIBRANT and ALIVE once more! I haven't forgotten or stopped loving my late husband, Eric.
You see, just because someone dies doesn't mean your relationship with them ends - because it doesn't. But a heavy weight has been lifted from my chest and I can move forward in life and finally be free of the grief. And it feels so good to feel good again.
And I am thrilled to be certified to help others work through and RESOLVE YOUR OWN GRIEF so that you can also RESTORE LIFE once more. You won't be the same person you were prior to your grief. And it's okay. You don't want to be. You'll be a culmination of yourself.
