You have made it through 100% of your toughest days so far. That is an incredible accomplishment that does not go unlooked by me. I am glad you found yourself here, in this quiet little corner and safe space of the world wide web.
Over our lifetime, we have been conditioned to not display our natural emotions, especially in grief; so we unconsciously ease our grief using familiar intellectual tools. Unfortunately, intellect has minimal bearing on grief and heartbreak. Here you will find a mindful and compassionate heart, one that can identify with devastation and feeling incomplete. While I cannot say I know your pain, only you know how you feel and only you have that right, I can relate to the emotions that are linked to pain and invite you to talk through yours
During our sessions, you may share as you feel comfortable. These individual sessions are tailored around your schedule, and able to participate from the comfort of your space.
In 2016, my 4-year-old daughter died suddenly, and I did not know where to turn, just being in my body felt like torture. Finding GRM was one of the best things I ever did to work through my grief. As a bereaved mother, I also teach Helping Children with Loss in online groups and individual format. The course provides caregivers specific tools for supporting a child in grief.
I see your courage and bravery - if you have questions, please reach out, I am here to listen to your heart. In the meantime, feel free to check out my personal website, Satellight Project at satellightproject.com.
From my heart to yours,
Katie
