I got to the biggest piece that has been weighing me down for 35 years and was able to release it In the final two weeks of class. The acknowledgment and forgiveness and then writing the final letter were things I could never have done on my own. I am so grateful

I have been carrying my grief for a very long time. I hadn't realized how we (in our culture) carry so many myths that work against us, and all along we think we are "healing", and we're not. I love the concept of being emotionally incomplete, and the possibility of becoming emotionally complete--and within this, one can still be sad. It is very freeing, and I thank you for this.
