My Experience
The program has made me confront my grief of several events in the past. Has made me realized some other more in depth things that I have to work of myself. Made me learn how important it is to express my feelings. Has made me think about how my communication matters in my family relationships (specially my daughter) Has made me bring out the pain I have hold inside for many years. I feel my heart and life less heavy.
