Both trainings cover the same 32 hours of content and result in the same certification. Online trainings are conducted live on Zoom. In-person Premium trainings offer a small-group experience with additional mentoring from Cole James.
No. The Grief Recovery Method certification is open to anyone who wants to help grievers — licensed professionals, coaches, clergy, educators, HR leaders, and caring individuals. No prior credentials are required.
The Foundational Training is 4 consecutive days (typically Monday through Thursday or Friday through Monday), approximately 8 hours per day. The Advanced Training is 18 hours of self-paced training. After completing the Foundational Training, you are immediately certified and can begin working with clients.
We offer 0% interest payment plans through Stripe. You can split your investment into 3 equal monthly payments with no credit check required. Payment plans are available for all certification levels.
All certification levels include 1 year of support, access to the Specialist Resource Center with program materials and business resources, a listing in our public directory, and connection to a global community of certified specialists.
