I had been suffering from codependency and I could recover from it. Then I decided to offer recovery program for Japanese codependent people online. I realized that GRM works well for the codependent by completing their loss of self-esteem. So I took Advanced GRM course and I could express undelivered communication within safe audience and complete my grief, thus I could find space for positive feelings in me. In Japan, in Japanese, I'm offering online 1-on-1 workshop and in person group & 1-on-1 workshop, moreover I'll offer online group workshop in the near future. I'm a medical doctor and a hypnotherapist.
