It wasn`t until I took the course that I realized that my inability to complete and let go of the pain, that these relationships were hindering me from leading a life of happiness and fulfillment. What I especially liked about the workshop was that it actually gives you tools to work through your grief now and with any other losses that you may encounter on the journey of life.
