The facilitator was very compassionate and attentive. He had gone through loss on a very personal level and was able to clearly communicate how this program helped him the multiple times he went through the course himself. His personal experience with grief and experience leading the course was valuable.

My facilitator guided the discussion and listened to key statements that brought out what I needed to process. I’m sure I wouldn’t have been able to do that on my own. His listening skills and interest in my story was the key to processing the loss.
