Hi, I'm Carolyn and am passionate about helping people whose lives are affected by the overwhelming emotions associated with loss and grief. As a former Clinical Nurse Specialist, I have spent over 40 years supporting patients who have experienced significant loss; associated with traumatic injury or problems related to their sexual health and relationships. I have also, experienced many types of personal loss, which I tried to resolve through counselling. However, my experience made me realise some of the talking therapies, although very good at helping us understand why we feel how we do, often left unresolved emotions. Consequently, I was drawn to GRM, because it offered a more proactive approach, to help resolve some of the overwhelming emotions we experience.
