Hi, I'm Carrie Spira. I've always been the type of person that others turned to for advice and support, so becoming a life coach was a natural for me. Later, after my mom's sudden death and then my divorce, I was feeling so unsettled. I discovered the Grief Recovery Handbook and my life changed! Not only did it help me with my own personal experiences with loss, but I knew this was what I wanted to do to help others. I immediately enrolled in the training and I'm now an Advanced Grief Recovery Method Specialist.
