I am a registered social worker and Certified Grief Recovery Specialist living in Pocologan, New Brunswick. My background includes walking with individuals and families through pain and loss. I discovered the Grief Recovery Method after years of struggling with my own overwhelming losses and painful memories, including the unexpected deaths of my brother and sister while I was still grieving the death of my mother. The Grief Recovery Method gave me the tools I needed to heal my broken heart and remember my family without pain. My own healing has led to my passion to help others heal their broken hearts, move beyond their pain and feel the fullness of life and love again.
