I recently lost my boyfriend, and I knew I needed the help to get through this excruciating pain of losing the love of my life. I found Charnee Barnes through the church we both attend. She’s been nothing but amazing during this process. I would recommend her to everyone!

My Experience

The journey I took through this program has not only been eye opening but the relief of unpacking past traumas has really changed my life. The work I put in not only helps me in the present but has given me the tools to go on in life with more confidence. I found myself struggling with substance abuse after my service in the military and not knowing how to cope with losses and past traumas from my childhood. My facilitator not only helped me unpack my bags but through her testimony and listening to me we were able to make me lighter and more free than ever. 10/10 experience and reestablished my trust in counselors.
