Born in Southern California I relocated to Georgia as a young adult. Presently, I live in Southern Oregon. I am a Board Certified Chaplain at the VA SORCC in White City working in Pastoral Care and Counseling dealing with Veterans in Mental Health and Addiction. In addition, I am a Certified Life Coach, Pastor, and Community Leader. A single mother with adult children, I have had many losses dealing with rejection through my divorce. I have grown up in an alcoholic family. The Grief Recovery Method (GRM) has helped me grow and understand grief and pain are not what I thought it was as a child. It has helped me to like life and see me for who I am as a person. I know longer feel stuck in life. GRM is a life-changing experience for me. I offer GRM 1-on-1 online sessions, as well as Grief Support Groups Sessions. Group sessions for pet loss, and children with loss classes.
