Hello! I live in the United Kingdom in a city called Lincoln. I experienced a series of losses in a short space of time of very close family members. I was introduced to the Grief recovery method as a participant, I committed to total emotional honesty and it was the most wonderful feeling to complete with relationships and it has healed my heart in a way that it has very much helped me to be happy in the present. I found the tools very effective both to myself and with my work in dementia care. This led me to train and become a grief recovery method specialist in the hope I can help others complete with their losses.
