I’d like to tell you a little about my journey to becoming a Grief Recovery Method Specialist. I was happily traveling down one path when I was suddenly surprised with multiple losses in 2020. I never expected to experience and learn so much about grief. The loss of many loved ones, sometimes tragically, led me to grief and divorce support groups where I first heard about the Grief Recovery Method. I went through the GRM workshop a few times and found such relief from the pain I was experiencing daily. I decided to become certified to help others learn to cope and heal using this profound tool. I would consider it an honor and a privilege to walk with you on your grief recovery journey. Please know that your heart will be handled with care. If you happen to identify as an LGBTQ+ human being, your losses will be safe with me. If you’ve lost a pet, I will listen and validate your pain and help you heal. I offer GRM groups, one on one, and pet loss programs in the Prescott, AZ area. I look forward to working with you on your healing journey.
