This program and in particular my facilitator was absolutely amazing. I feel weight has been lifted. It feel wonderful to finally move forward and leave the past behind.

I came in without a specific loss to work on. So, I came out of there with more knowledge about the losses I've experienced throughout life, and how I've learned to cope with loss in a manner that doesn't serve me. I ended up having a good look at myself, and forgave myself for a lot of things I was holding against myself ... which I had no clue I was even doing. Since the GRM I feel lighter, and accomplishing things and living life seems easier, and done with less judgment. I loved the system and the teacher and would recommend it to others.

The program got me unstuck, it helped me find confidence in myself, complete significant losses and live a better life.

I was introduced to The Grief Recovery Method by a hospice program and found a facilitator near me whom I began working with one-on-one following my mom’s death. The ways in which this program and my facilitator have helped me process my grief and loss are immeasurable. Rather than becoming stuck in my grief, I have been able to move through it. This does not mean I do not miss my mom or have hurt, but I am not entrenched in my pain any longer and for that, I am very grateful. I would recommend this program and especially my facilitator to anyone who has experienced loss and does not know where to begin to process their experience or feelings of grief.

I had just lost a relationship and the ability to see my daughter everyday when I found out about this program. It has allowed me to understanding forgiveness in a different light. It helped me open up my mind to understand that there are many different ways we grieve. Becoming aware of the ways made so much sense in understanding loss.
