My journey into grief recovery began after experiencing a personal loss that profoundly impacted my life. This experience fueled my passion to support others in their healing journeys. After earning my degree in Behavioral & Social Sciences from Avila University, I pursued additional certifications in the Grief Recovery Method and trauma-informed care. I have since worked with diverse cultures, including those dealing with the loss of loved ones, pets, and significant life changes. Throughout our journey together, I aim to destigmatize grief and empower you to embrace your emotions, fostering resilience and hope for the future.
