Hello, my name is Leah Barnes, and I am the founder of Enlightened Trails LLC, based in the heart of Gilbert, AZ. My personal journey with the Grief Recovery Method began during a transformative period of my life, when I realized that traditional ways of coping with loss and emotional pain were not fulfilling. The profound impact GRM has had on me inspired my mission to facilitate the same healing for others. Just like you, I have experienced losses of different kinds, I abused physcially and emotionally which gave me a loss of safety and loss of trust from an early point in my life. I have experienced loss of my sister and my grandparents (who raised me), I have experience loss associated with divorce. I have experienced loss of relationship of a person I held dearly in my heart and wanted a life with as well as moving from different cities and households. I have experienced and worked with the Grief Recovery Method to complete the relationship with each type of loss. I share these losses with you to know that I too have walked this path as well. Services in Gilbert, AZ, and Beyond I specialize in offering the Grief Recovery Method to individuals and groups both online and in-person, serving the greater Gilbert, AZ area. My programs include: I hold a bachelors in Education, and I am a certified Grief Recovery Specialist. While I have other experiences and licenses, my focus for this practice remains firmly rooted in the transformative power of the Grief Recovery Method.
