Hello, As a licensed psychotherapist, practicing for the past 35 years, Iʻm delighted to offer both one on one and groups for the Grief Recovery Method. I was introduced to the Group Recovery Method after I had 9 deaths of friends and family members in a 12 month period. I knew that my professional knowledge had helped me to weather the storm, but I certainly had not had the time or wherewithal to have any completion with all those losses. From there I was invited to help facilitate Grief Recovery Method groups at my church and then pursued certification. It has been a wonderful journey of my own grief healing and expanding the ways I help others heal.Iʻm happy to offer group and one on one services in the San Diego area of California.Linda Proctor, LCSW
