During the early years of my life, unresolved grief and misdirected pain, drove me into some pretty dark places. But over time, I learned to confront my losses in ways that affirmed my life versus destroying it. Many people live with losses, never realizing that they can experience release, hope and healing, even after devastation.   Today I help others, by using my  25 plus years of human service experience and more than 20 years of ministry experience. As a Grief Recovery Specialist, I have personally benefited from the process and I am committed to supporting others on their journey towards recovery.
