Hello, and thank you for visiting my site. I would love to be a part of helping you with your grief journey! I’m proud of you for taking this first step in seeking help, and I know from personal experience that the Grief Recovery Method can be life-changing for you. So be encouraged - there is HOPE! I’ve utilized the Grief Recovery Method to deal with my own losses (abortion, an abusive marriage, divorce, my Mom’s 2-month isolated hospitalization and death due to Covid). I highly value the tools I’ve learned and want others to experience the healing and freedom that I have found. I have been surrounded by grieving people for years due to my occupations and service work - nearly three decades of work in Christian ministry, eight years serving as a Nursing Home Chaplain, and most recently, with my work in the funeral industry. I’ve been a licensed Relief Funeral Director since 2015. I encounter grieving people every day, and I wish every one of them would learn The Grief Recovery Method! Because of our own experiences with losses and abuse, my husband, Chris, and I have a heart for those dealing with grief and unresolved pain. In 2018, we began facilitating a Grief Support Group in our church and surrounding communities. The program was helpful, but we felt like it was limited to those dealing with the death of a loved one, and we constantly encounter people grieving all kinds of losses. We began searching and found The Grief Recovery Method and quickly realized that it was a program like no other. It is a tremendous “tool” that can help you deal with the impact that losses of any kind have had on your life. It is also a tool that you can utilize to help you better deal with grief and loss in the future. I live in West Texas and provide In-Person Group and One-on-One support to the greater Lubbock, TX area. (My husband, Christopher Seaton, is also a Specialist, and we occasionally have the joy of co-leading a group together.)
