After my beloved husband passed away in 2024, I was blessed to be led to the Grief Recovery Method. It made such a difference in my own healing that I chose to become a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist. My work as an OB/GYN doctor mainly focuses on women in midlife, a time of life in which most of us experience loss, including "how my body and my life used to be," maybe an empty nest, maybe significant relationship changes, and more. I'm honored to incorporate this incredible Grief Recovery Method into my work to support you in living a life of emotional completion and freedom.
