Hi I am Marie- Josée and I found the GRM in the summer of 2022 through a colleague of mine. I knew right away that I wanted to go through the program as a participant as I had been carrying grief for many decades but I was skeptical. It only took me a few weeks to see some changes in how I felt and how I was and so I was sold on becoming a Grief Recovery Method Specialist! Through the GRM, I have experienced a level of healing and freedom I had not experienced in the past despite trying different avenues. It was truly a game changer for me! I offer support in the following format: in person, online, one-on-one, groups, Helping Children with Loss and Pet loss. I am bilingual in English and French. I am located in the north Vancouver Island, BC, Canada but through my online capabilities, I am able to support people anywhere in the world. My expertise includes a background in Psychology and over 10 years of experience supporting families dealing with domestic violence and trauma. My passion is to walk alongside people from different socioeconomic backgrounds in their healing journey.
