Hi I'm Maureen. Following the unexpected death of my son, I was concerned that our family needed SOMETHING to come to terms with this shocking loss. I found GRM and soon I enrolled in the next training course. Hope grew for our family to learn practical steps to systematically heal and accept all our accumulated losses. The surprise was being ok so soon, just a few months after my son died and having ready tools for those times when the loss sneaks back. Lifetime physical symptoms are better, stress is better and when anything happens that causes me pain, I can use my steps and quickly disarm it. I love having the power to be well and sharing those steps with others. Its a beautiful experience guiding the 7 week journey with a client from deep sorrow, self-blame, confusion, anger and depression toward hope and freedom and lightness. I want to help others remember without regrets, and reclaim the beauty of their shared history with tender gratitude. I live in Hamilton, MA and offer both Grief Recovery Method Group Program as well as the One-to-One program meeting in person in the Boston North Shore area.
