About Mike Galeotti

My name is Mike Galeotti and I am a man familiar with sorrow. I have been on my own grief journey and it would be my honor to help you with the action-based method and tools that helped me.A little about my background…As a young man, I joined the United States Marine Corps and served our country for 6 years. After my time in active service, I worked in ambulatory medicine support setting up patients with in-home care, working with hospice patients and those on long term in-home care.  I have served as an on-call hospital chaplain for several years, and now I currently work as the lead counselor at Wild Branch Counseling Center https://www.wbcounseling.com/  As a minister with over 30 years of experience in full-time ministry, it has been my privilege to work with hurting people as they walk through the most difficult times in their lives.  I genuinely care about the people I work with and long to help them find relief from the pain of heartaches, loss, and trauma. Having lost a child myself, and having walked through multiple family heartaches and losses that broke my heart, I felt like I would never be truly happy again.  I found the Grief Recovery Method and experienced release from the darkness of my debilitating heartaches.  Now I am a passionate ambassador of the Grief Recovery Method.  Because of my personal experience that I received during my certification as a Grief Recovery Method Specialist, I am committed to helping hurting people with the only evidence-based grief recovery program in the world.I live in Battle Ground, WA and provide grief recovery support programs serving Clark County, Southwest Washington, and the greater Portland and Vancouver area.
