With over 17 years of experience in nursing, education, and counselling, I've honed a multifaceted approach to psychotherapy rooted in evidence-based practices. My journey began with a deep personal understanding of grief and loss, igniting a passion to guide others through their own healing processes. My own grief and recovery journey was profoundly shaped by the transformative power of the Grief Recovery Method. As a grief recovery specialist, I am committed to helping individuals navigate the challenges of loss, providing a safe and nurturing space for healing and transformation.
