Molly and I met weekly, in a private room at our church. She always reviewed our confidentiality agreement, and listened as a "heart with ears." She allowed and encouraged me to Take time to grow with the process, as I tend to be a "charge through and ahead type person." She printed out the homework assignments and was available between sessions for calls and questions.

The methodology and sequential order, along with examples, made the grief recovery method flawless. The hard part was dealing with the rollercoaster of emotions but well worth the enlightenment obtained from each step of the way. My objective was to fully understand my emotions, my grief, any regrets and long suffering that my loss experience was entwined with. My heart is open to new beginnings❣️

The program worked by helping me realize how poorly I'd been taught about what grief might be, how it affects my relationships, and the different ways available to examine and recover from loss.

The program was a great introduction to this kind of recovery work. It really enables and empowers you to face the pain that is holding you back was a great stepping stone in my journey to overcome grief, anxiety and PTSD. It helped me break down barriers and realize we are all on our own journey.

It has given me the confidence to talk to my granddaughters when questions arise. Some of the program suggestions will be passed onto their mother and father for use in the future.
