I’m Myko Chapman, an Advanced Grief Recovery Method® Specialist and Certified Grief Coach who has personally experienced many forms of loss, including the death of loved ones, pet loss, divorce, family estrangement, health challenges, career changes, and the disconnection many felt during the pandemic. Through my own Grief Recovery Method® journey, I uncovered emotional layers I didn’t realize I was still carrying. That experience reshaped how I understand grief, not as something we simply “get over,” but something that deserves compassionate, intentional care.
