I was completely lost when I started the program and was in desperate need for help. I am glad I took time to take the program. The facilitator and I met several times in person and online. Throughout the program I learned a lot, thanks to the book I read and the numerous exercises I was asked to do. I am thankful for the guidelines and wealth of information it provided me. I am mostly grateful for the compassion, empathy and professionalism of the program facilitator. I will recommend both the therapy and facilitator to people who need it around me.
