When my beloved mother died in August 2018, I was searching for a method to handled my grief process. In this process I found the Grief Recovery Method, which has been a fantastic way to recover through my grief and find back to all the great memories I have about my mother. The grief recovery method has also helped me work through a series of other grief experiences I have had. I love the simple and powerful structure of the method and the impact I and others are experiencing over and over. I am Danish, but have lived in South Korea, Australia, Switzerland, USA and China.
