About Sarah

My journey started when I attended the Helping Children With Loss program so I could support children in my teaching role. The experience made me realise I had some unresolved grief and I then completed the Grief Recovery program. I learnt so much about myself, grief and loss I went on to train as a Grief Recovery Specialist. I am able to offer grief support 1:1 and also bring experiences and knowledge to the Helping Children with Loss program. I am based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire , UK.
