My grief journey began before I even had conscious memory. I have a brother who died as a baby before I was born. My parents never spoke about him openly, but his presence was always felt by his remaining five siblings. I wish my parents had known how to grieve for him. I want to understand my own grief and help others grieve their losses so that those losses don't become burdens for themselves or for those around them. I am in Ottawa, Canada and I offer GRM support one-on-one and in groups. I have an MA in Counselling and Spirituality and am a Registered Psychotherapist accredited by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I have been in private practice since 2016.
