Based on Long Island, New York, I provide Grief Recovery Method programs in 1:1, group, and online formats. After several losses over a period of years, including a conscious uncoupling from my former partner, and experiencing the challenges of caring for aging parents, I felt called to work with people in the transitions at end of life, end of career, and in many losses that occur throughout the cycle of life and death. The work I did using this method prepared me for the recent transition of my Dad. I'm so grateful that I did the work that enabled me to communicate all the important things I needed to say before he passed. I've been in the listening profession for decades as as Executive Coach and Facilitator in my own business. Prior to that, I worked in Sales Management for a large tech company. I earned my BA in Psychology from Boston College, my Coaching Certifications from Coach University and Essential Impact and hold the Master Certified Coach designation from the International Coaching Federation.
