I'm a clinical hypnotherapist, plant medicine integration specialist, Shaman, and Reiki Master in service of my community since 2014. I came to the Grief Recovery Method while processing a loss of trust within my family. The Grief Recovery Method has supported my emotional intelligence and given me tools for navigating the hardships that life offers. I work online and in person at my office in Martinez, California. I mainly work one on one, with the occasional group setting, as the need arises. I support women, men, and children struggling with PTSD, trauma, anxiety or depression. It is my joy to be in service of your wellbeing and I am honored to be a part this community.
