I participated in a GRM group in 2016, and it impacted me so much that I decided to incorporate the Training as a part of my new practice as a clinical mental health professional. I continued to work on my own relationships, and began my GRM Specialist journey to come along side those people who wanted to work through the feelings of loss that were keeping them stuck. Having someone listen to your story, without criticism, judgement or comment is a freeing experience, not always available in our day to day life. It is an honor to be able to listen to those who seek healing and completion from their losses. I now offer online 1 to 1 sessions, so I can work with anyone in the US. I have been providing groups and individual GRM sessions for the past 3 1/2 years in Fairfield County, CT. I have recently been trained as an Advanced Specialist to provide the GRM individually over video, so that this work may continue. I offer a complimentary free half hour consult for anyone wanting to know more about the GRM before investing in this valuable program. My undergraduate is from Baylor University, and from Fairfield University, I have an Masters in Clinical Mental Health. After completing my internship, I have been working in private practice for the last 3 1/2 years. Besides being trained in the GRM, providing groups and one to one sessions, I also have an advanced certification to work via video with GRM.
