I am a licensed and ordained Senior Chaplain, an Advanced Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist.  I hold a Master's degree in Grief and Bereavement Counseling. In-person or online...I find joy in helping others understand their new relationship with the pain their loss has caused, and regain a sense of personal wellness and control.I came to the Grief Recovery Method Workshop after multiple personal hardships. My official "diagnosis" included depression, anxiety, Adjustment Disorder, and PTSD. Two years following more traditional routes of counseling and therapy brought great relief, but I still had many painful emotional symptoms, and isolation was getting worse, not better.It was apparent my healing was incomplete, and true freedom from the emotional angst and disconnectedness seemed unavailable.A  friend asked me to participate, and I discovered the Grief Recovery Method Workshop.The GRM Workshop brought me to a safe place to identify, recover, and heal as I unwrapped layer upon layer of unresolved grief over my losses as a child, a parent, a spouse, a daughter, and a friend.  I completed my relationship with the pain one loss at a time.  The relief I felt was not only surprising but also transformational.I would love to share this wonderfully straightforward Evidence-Based approach and help ease the trainload of emotional pain you carry because of your loss.As an Advanced GRM Specialist, I am certified to work with adults in an online format, one-on-one, or in small groups.
