Hey everybody my name is Cole James and I hope you're having a wonderful day. For those of you that don't know me, I'm just a guy that likes to help people who are sad. That's what I used to say when people asked me what my father did for a living. I said oh he helps sad people.

That's all I could kind of grasp at you know six, seven years old about what my dad did. And he created this really wonderful thing. We wrote this really wonderful book. There's this whole amazing backstory my father had about helping people with sadness.

He helps sad people. I followed his footsteps. So I've been doing this for 12 years now and we have a bunch of fancy words for it. But really when it comes down to it, me and my colleagues and everyone in kind of our organization, we help sad people.

And the reason that we have a passion helps sad people because we have been sad people. We know what that's like and we also know what it's like to be stuck in that pain and that emotional herd and that sadness without any sort of a roadmap or any sort of tools to help move through that. Everyone in my organization in one way, shape, perform another found their way to us to this and helped heal their hearts of many, many different types of events, grief events, loss events, trauma. And the list goes on about what we want to call it.

So what I'm here today to talk to you guys about is sad and painful memories from the past, sad and painful events from the past, sadness from the past. I'm here to tell you about that. I'm also here to talk to you about who I am. We're doing this podcast called Feel Free Again.

I'm going to be the host. I'm going to interview the coolest, most incredible, most inspiring people that I can find. Some of them you will have known. They're celebrities.
