Hello everybody, welcome back to the Feel Free again podcast. I'm your host, Col James. I'm very excited to be here with you and I am very excited to have today's guest on. Her name is Jocelyn Jackson Williams and I've known Jocelyn.

She's been a friend of mine for probably over like 10, 14, 10, 12, 13 years now probably. Well, I'm sure we'll get into that but she's also an incredible trainer with our organization. She's been a trainer with us for for many, many years. She's one of the best at this work.

Her she lives and breeds grief recovery and I'm excited for you all to hear her story today. And so and you're going to learn a lot about Jocelyn. So without any further ado, Jocelyn, welcome to the podcast. Thank you so much for being here.

Thank you for having me. Yeah. Yeah. And we can get that whenever you want to talk about the how long it's been because I can remember it was because it was on a tent.

Well, actually, yeah, 1015. It's somewhere around there. 10, 1015 is yeah, I was I was certified in 2010. Okay. Well, I remember.

So I think I met you a couple of years now because I remember here's how I remember meeting you, Jocelyn. We were doing, we were, I think we were in Beverly Hills and we were doing kind of like video testimonials and we invited people to come and talk about the method and just kind of what the method meant to them. And I don't remember what year that was, but it was probably 2011, 2012. And I just remember, I just remember hearing you and seeing you and like just kind of the the vibrance that you have and the light that you bring and and just the way you spoke about this method and what it meant to you, I was like, man, like you were just you got put on my radar at that at that that that recording studio that we were at.
