Hello everyone, welcome back to the Feel Free Again podcast. I'm your host, Cole James. And I'm very excited to have a conversation with our guest today. We are joined by Jorge Ruiz.

He is a healing and an empowerment coach. He is also certified in the grief recovery method. And he's done amazing work with this method. Some folks on the podcast I know personally others I'm aware of.

I'm aware of Jorge. We haven't spent a lot of time together. So I'm excited to just to get to know Jorge again because his reputation in kind of our line of work precedes him. Please, if share this episode, if you think someone that you know could benefit from some of the information in this, please like, subscribe, write a review.

This helps other people find this very, very much needed work out there in our world. And we are going to talk about how to reach men with the grief recovery method. Now if you're listening and you're a woman, don't tune out yet. This may give you a unique perspective at how to maybe pitch this to your husband or your partner or maybe, you know, maybe this will give you a little bit more insight into one of your sons that is struggling with grief.

So stay tuned no matter what. But just to put it out there, if statistically women access grief recovery more than men, they're willing to do grief recovery more than men. I would say a real ballpark would be 70% women. So if we have, you know, 10 people in a group, it's usually seven, seven women and about three guys.

Why would say roughly, right? But I know from personal experience, seeing this work for now 40 years, right, paying attention for 30, I've seen many, many, many men benefit from this work. But for whatever reason, they're scared to access it. They don't think it's really meant for them.
