About Adrienne
Hello! My name is Adrienne Hood and I live in Columbus, Oh. After taking GRM(Grief Recovery Method) for myself due to the loss of my son in June 2016, i knew this certification would allow me to help those in my community. I am also in the military and am looking forward to retirement soon. Before taking GRM I had no ideal that grief could be felt in such an array of areas and was not only connected to death. That was mind blowing and allowed me to reflect back over my life and the many times I had suffered grief and didn't even know it. It is my hope to not only help others recognize their grief but to move beyond it! It is possible and we can walk through this journey together. Blessings!
