About Vicki

I attended a Grief Recovery Method class after my father died. Through the process, I learned a great deal about myself and how my life losses have impacted me as a person. The insight I gained helped me cope with my son's drug issues and incarceration. It was instrumental in preparing me to support my grandchildren as they dealt with their emotions regarding the incarceration. As a parent, grandparent, educator, wife, mother, and friend I use the strategies and communication tools of Grief Recovery in my interactions and conversations with children of all ages and the adults in my life. I am honored to provide the program to others that wish to heal from pain and loss and find joy in their lives. I am in Westerville, Ohio (Central Ohio). I provide Grief Recovery Method Groups, and 1on 1, as well as the Helping Childen with Loss classes.

This program has taught me some tools to use when overwhelmed with grief/loss. It gave my helpful communication tips and ways be authentic in how I talk to people to share my truth, my story.I found this program at the right time in my grieving process and o am thankful for the message and encouragement of hope that it brings to others.
