With many losses over my lifetime, I never knew how to truly process my painful emotions and the emptiness that loss brings. Finding the Grief Recovery Method, turned out to be a life-changing event. Through a healthy and honoring way, this method of grieving put me on a path of healing and equipped me with tools for the future. Because of the impact the Grief Recovery Method had on my life, I want to help those hurting and grieving to process and learn helpful tools, so they too can find healing. I have been practicing in the mental health field for 14 years. I am passionate about fostering a space for healing, recovery, and learning. My husband, Richard and I have a lovable lab, Stella.
