As a Social Worker, I feel honored and privileged to hold space and provide support to clients as they walk through some of the most difficult chapters of their lives.
After experiencing significant personal loss and determined to appreciate the gift of living, I held on to the idea that “growing old is a privilege denied to many.” I have since dedicated my life to providing support to others experiencing various types of loss.
After a decade was spent pursuing my undergraduate and graduate degrees, I pursued the Certified Grief Recovery Specialist® credential to offer an additional tool to help support others. After completing my own Grief Recovery as part of my certification, I found that the Grief Recovery Method was not only an effective tool to complement my practice, but could also be entirely transformative its own right.
I am based in the Greater Pensacola Metropolitan area serving all of the Southeast. Additionally, I am available to travel domestically or internationally for retreats or speaking engagements when travel is booked through Sweet Life Journeys Dream Vacations. I am available to lead our traditional programming in addition to Helping Children With Loss and Pet Loss Support programs in either an individual or a group setting. Please call or email to discuss organizational rates to bring programming to your support group, club, church, or staff.

My Experience
I have a better understanding about the grieving and separation. It's ok to feel how I was feeling. I don't feel guilty or weak. I'm feeling empowered and strong. My facilitator listened and let me get it all out. I never felt so in control of myself and my strength.
