Andrea M. Zaite, MSSA, LMSW, CMC, C-ASWCM   Ms. Zaite has been a social worker for over 30 years, graduating with a bachelors degree from John Carroll University in 1985, then working with person with disabilities at a private non profit to deinstitutionalize large state institutions and making independence and least restrictive environments key concepts in the field of developmental disabilities in Ohio.  During this time she worked on her graduate degree in social work administration and graduated  from Case Western Reserve University in 1990.  In 2000  she moved to Houston Texas and became administrator and principal at the Center Serving  Persons with Mental Retardation adult day programs, school and day care.  In 2003 she shifted her focus on health care beginning her 15 year experience as a social worker in ICU, hospital case-mangement and home health.  Her work in the ICU  led her to obtain a certification as a  Grief Recovery Specialist and a certified  Care Manager to further her knowledge and expertise in the area of critical, chronic healthcare of the elderly and developmentally disabled.
