After losing my 18 year old son in 2016 to murder, I was numb. I didn't know how to get through a day without crying. Thankfully, I have a great friend who is a Grief Recovery Method Specialist, and she helped me understand what I was feeling, that it was a natural response, and it is okay to not be okay. She also guided me through the Method and I learned that I had a tremendous amount of grief that I had been ignoring, including a toxic marriage and subsequent divorce. It took 6 years to answer the calling to help others going through their own grief. I am located in Santa Clarita, California and I offer group, 1-on-1 GRM, as well as Helping Children Grieve and Pet Loss.
