Hello my name is Claire! After a series of more recent losses I found myself not only grieving the losses I was actively experiencing but the losses I had never fully processed. I felt as though the weight of the world was bringing me down and felt little comfort in the majority of the suggestions given to me by loved ones about looking forward to the future and keeping busy, however, one suggestion led me to The Grief Recovery Method. Initially, I was skeptical about the GRM program as I didn't think any program could magically take away the pain I was feeling, and I was right that the program could not magically take anything away but learned that it could provide me with tools to process my losses and lessen the pain I was feeling. After going through the process and witnessing the support the tools I had learned could provide me, I decided to become a Grief Recovery Method Specialist to accompany others through their journeys of grief. At the moment, I provide in-person services to the Santa Clarita Valley in California, as well as virtual services for any location.
