As a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, I help individuals move through pain and toward healing—one step at a time. Whether you're grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, your sense of safety, or even your connection to purpose or faith, I’m here to walk with you through it. I offer the Grief Recovery Method® in both 1-on-1 and small group settings, in person. My approach is grounded in deep empathy, drawn from my own journey through a wide range of personal losses. These include the deaths of close family members, divorce, childhood trauma, experiences of abuse (emotional, sexual, and substance-related), identity struggles, scarcity, and spiritual separation. I understand how isolating grief can be, especially when the world doesn’t always recognize your loss. You're not alone. Healing is possible—and you don’t have to do it by yourself.
